Liability We exercise reasonable care in handling all cards. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during submission or transit, except in cases of gross negligence by our staff. We recommend using insured shipping when sending cards. 6. Grading Decisions Our grading results are final. We do not guarantee any specific grade or future market value. 7.
